Could probably give you Stalock for less, but he's mercurial as well.

Might be worth it to try and grab Blackwood from San Jose? He's signed cheap and has been playing well behind a horrid team. He apparently wasn't healthy in New Jersey while he was playing poorly.

Chicago accepts 100%. Ethan Bear signing is weird when he can't even get on a team right now.

Just waiting for Bear's shoulder to heal before he signs somewhere

Hawks probably accept. Holloway and the picks are a solid return for TRad. And Holloway fits the Hawks timeline better.

Actually as a sharks fan I would consider this! We could always resign Barabanov in the off-season and Blackwood is clearly our starter so having Campbell backup for a year or two before being bought out isn’t a bad idea. Next year and 25/26 sharks will be well below the cap floor but not ready to add any high priced FA so his cap hit returning that kind of value isn’t a bad idea.

You could get Ylonen (i.e., Lekhonen 2.0) for Holloway without giving up a 2nd

Holloway - Newhook - Anderson would be a speedy line

Not as familiar with his game and definitely haven't heard that comp. He's also 24, going on 25. That's a huge leap compare him to AL. His production isn't even what 20 yr AL produced.

Not near enough for Campbells atrocious contract. We will require Matvei Petrov and the 2025 1st as well if were also including a retained Barabanov and Nico. Please keep Lavoie.

Campbell is the worst contract in the league imo, hes barely an AHL goalie no exaggeration. Pay up or keep him.

Sharks have had awful goaltending since 2017. No chance they move the best goalie they have had in years for a massive cap dump. That will require an extra 1st and Petrov+

And the team as a whole is terrible, and it's going to be terrible for multiple years while the sharks build talent back up in the pipeline. The rebuild JUST started in San Jose, so let's not pretend that good goaltending for the next three years is going to make a lick of difference.

I'd be more sympathetic if Blackwood was a homegrown talent that just happened to get onto the main roster at a bad time, but Blackwood was a reclamation project that came back in the Meier deal. He's not likely to be there for long.

As to the cost, that's between you and EDM, but Blackwood isn't worth a first to acquire, let alone + to be added to the above deal.

LOL (I know you won't read this now.) He used all caps once. One time. But sure.

I think the other guy exaggerated a bit, the Sharks probably say no but it's pretty close. You figure Lavoie + 1st + 3rd for a few years of Campbell, then a 2nd isn't enough for Barabonov + retention + Sturm. Maybe upgrade the 3rd to your 2025/6 1st (or Bourgault)?

Edit: You know what, I think Lavoie + 1st is probably good enough for Campbell. 2nd+3rd for the extra guys is pretty fair, Sharks probably say yes to the deal as-is.
