Yep. Your description is accurate. Unlikely. Hawks don't do any of this. They trade away 5 picks, two solid prospects and Raddysh and still don't make the playoffs.

CHI is not doing any of that. But, yeah, they could be pretty good with a few additions and some developmental steps taken by the young guys.
