How dare you propose something different, Domi for Zadorov is kinda interesting, but I think it just adds another middle six guy to what is already a mess of middle 6 guys.

Zadorovs looking good these days too, I think you'd have a better chance getting Tanev or Hanifin. Maybe toss in Robertson, sell high after a goal.

Klingberg isn't playable. Beau has actual value. No.

Under Tocchet's system Klingberg can be sheltered. Plus with Hughes and Hronek there, he doesn't have to play heavy minutes. A guy like Cole or Soucy can protect him better. On the Leafs he is just being exposed. That won't happen on the Canucks.

Meh, it's at least something different and does address scoring.

Except Domi hasn't scored a regular season goal in his last 20GP and only has 2G in his last 35 Regular Season Games Played... He's only scored 5 Goals in his last 54GP if you want to include the Playoffs

I don't mind Domi, but he's not Great Defensively and certainly isn't worth $3mil/yr. He's very streaky and there's far better targets out there. He's worth a 3rd RD Pick at best and Zadorov is worth substantially more, especially to the Flames

I get the relief of seeing something different though. TOR should make it something more Knies for Zadorov 50% retained; that'd be a risk/gamble I'd be willing to take wink

Treliving didn't know this team when he got here. He was firing in the dark, so to speak. Luckily they are all one year deals and Reaves's contract can be buried. I think this year could be a write off.
