Why would Washington ever do that? Nylander is a UFA and Capitals likely miss the playoffs this year.

Capitals are a okay / good team that are winning games bc their backup goalie is playing lights out. Metro and East are way too good

Canucks decline. If they give up a 1st it's for a young defenceman with team control like Hronek, not for 3 months of an aging rental who doesn't fit our core.
