Dylan McIlrath!! He's still around huh? I remember watching him fight in the WHL, that kid was a beast. He sucks at hockey though, which is a problem.

There's nothing in that package that's worth giving up Byram for

If you want to swap Kuznetsov and Johansen then retain 3.8M on Kuznetsov and it can be a straight swap

I agree that Colorado should absolutely not do this trade. The caps also shouldn't touch your proposed swap with that retention with a 10 foot pole. Johansen solves nothing for us. Unless the Avs are giving up something, the caps have no business making that deal.

I'm sure Guttman would be available for the right trade but taking back Johansen's salary would probably require more than this.
