I wouldn't pay for Allen at full cap. Now if he were 50% cap I would think about it. But Jones is doing his part right now. I would rather keep our first.

Leafs don't really have an interest in Allen this year and certainly not next season.
Don't like that Johansen/Monahan trade for the Habs due to Johansen's contract next season.
Good thought on the Ranger trade, but Habs would really have to believe Goodrow is worth 3.6m for three full seasons.

Avs say yes before MTL realizes they essentially swapped a cheaper version of Ryjo to COL. Gives them immediate cap space and better trade piece for them to flip because of the contract.

I thought Leafs LOVED guy like Murray and Samsonov.

in my head, the leafs were far more desperate for goaltending that what seems to be the case)

Habs fans 😂. Honestly, when the Leafs were terrible many years ago - like the Habs are now - I never spent a second thinking about our rivals. But Leafs seem to be top of mind for many Habs fans. Montreal is a great hockey town but there’s always a bigger dog 😂 #rentfree

You watch too much TSN and Sportnetwork. No one outside the GTA cares about the leafs.

Truth be told, Habs-TML trade are probably the least recurring trade on this platform as the leafs have 0 cap space, 6 untouchable and 17 randoms to fill out the line-up.

Ask @windjammer if he gets a lot of habs trades ahaha
