I did read the description and clearly you can't even spell that word. I wouldn't pay a first for Romanov and I wouldn't pay a first for Struble.

Anyways, now that you've insulted me and I've insulted you we can be friends.

He's a fringe NHL player, nobody is moving a 1st for him just because you want one.

Gee, if the Habs have that much cap, don't you the players and fans don't want an upgrade over those three UFAs you signed?

Ignoring Struble's trade value (it's not a 1st), Sens have Tyler Kleven (big, physical LD who likes to hit). He played well in the NHL last season, and is playing great in Belleville this season.

So why are the Sens trading for Struble? They already have that type of player in house, waiting for the logjam at LD to be cleared up.

He's not currently worth a 1st but I think people will be surprised by him in a couple years.
He already plays more comfortably than you'd expect from a player with much more experience and he's just getting started.
Small sample so far but if you watch him he's so smooth and calm under pressure. That alone is going to keep him in the league.

I mean just read the description. Ottawa was use a decoy. That piss me off. Obviously Ottawa aren’t trading their first round pick because they probably have another top 10 pick but a team will value Struble and i think he is a copy paste of Romanov. So expecting a similar return in 2025 draft is something possible.
