1. Jackets maybe accept (I think they want to keep gudbranson) but definitely fair value
2. Jackets decline. 9OA is worth way more than a goalie let alone adding chinakhov. Especially one that would suffer playing behind the jackets defense and hasn’t been a starter for a full year
3. Stars decline. Boqvist is probably worth a third rounder max
4. Fair value for bean or maybe even an overpay but I think they hold onto him until mateychuk/svozil are ready for full time NHL duties

Why would MTL do this they don't want Elvis or Gudbranson. They certainly don't want to trade the Harris along with two 2nd round picks for them either.
