and passes, Linus Ullmark doesn't waive for Canada, And both Ullmark and Carlo retained for scraps isn't going to cut it.

And Noah Hanifin passes as well, he wants the States only it's already been mentioned by several credible insiders And the offer is trash and the picks are a joke.
