Noah Hanifin isn't waiving for Toronto.

Bourque > Tanev, No reason for Dallas to make that trade for an aging RHD.

Seeing as though Treliving is in Toronto and Hanifin was looking at a 7.5 per to stay in Calgary. I can see him say yes to Toronto. But the big problem is that Toronto only accepts if Hanifin agrees to a deal that would make sense for their cap hell which is what like 7 million per. Hard to see happening when Hanifin knows other teams will most likely offer more. This Hanifin does not agree on a resign deal, and Toronto then refuses.
