Bruins would be more interesting in Laughton.

Couturier is a fine player, but his contract running until age 37 is a concern

No interest at all. Also cap tight to begin with, no room. Contract is not good either.

You want to move Frost, Laughton, Allison. Call us.

With that much term left on Sanheim contract I don't see the Flyers trading him and it will be harder than you think to move him.

A healthy Sean Couturier is a great player. Given the injury concerns, and how long that contract runs, no one is paying for it.

Sean Couturier has already had two major back injuries, He's not returning no 1st round pick and neither is Ristolainen.

And Detroit passes, No interest in Travis Sanheim.

Not trading a 1st for risto but add in Laughton to the trade and the leafs add a sweetener and maybe we’re getting somewhere

Ristos contract is still basically a big cap dump, no one is giving up a 1st for that

What I'm hoping for is a deal(s) with the Flyers and Jets which would involve Sean Walker going to the Jets, plus a 2C from somewhere.

That would make more sense right now, sorry to say, Konecny is pie in the sky stuff at this time!!! He is very good and probably a "good fit", but to expense.

I love the casual Risto for a 1st after you traded every flyer who is good for less than they are worth.

This sucks for me…I’m a huge Konecny fan and I’ve wanted him in WPG for a while now, but unfortunately, top 6 winger isn’t a need…Jets need a 2C first and foremost before doing or looking at anything else… once we have that issue resolved we can look at adding RHD depth for the playoffs.
In the offseason we need to make some moves to free up cap space for extensions and to make roster openings for kids moving up, but even then there isn’t need for a top 6 winger, (unless Ehlers refuses to sign or wants more than we can afford), but that’s another year away.
Any chance you’ll hold onto him for us just in case?

I FREAKIN HATE THIS SO MUCH

Zegras is worth three 1sts but Konecny is only worth one and a 2nd? Sanheim also is worth much more than two 2nds, Laughton more than a 4th, etcetc..

Laughton is not good and the first is late. I get the concerns but I'm sure some team would bite on the talent esp cuz he'll be in selke running this year and probably for a few more. I get the cap is tight tho so may not be possible.

Yeah this is a Flyers centric rebuild and I assume Konecny and his contract can bring back at least that much. I thought the Jets could use one more piece to be bonafide contenders so I thought he could go there but if wings are set it may have to be elsewhere.

I understand how Risto's reputation is in the dirt, but he has resurged hard. Can we pretend we get your first for Walker instead? I didn't have access to expiring deals bc I started in the offseason. Risto himself is worth a decent amount tho even if its not a first

I think the flyers will try hard to move him cuz he's a speedy defensemen whos going to be too old come contending time. I understand the term is long but with a rising cap he may have a small market. I understand if the Red Wings pass. I just wanted him moved for contract purposes even if its cheaper return-wise.

Eh Konecny is expiring and the firsts are all late for Zegras. I wanted to be fairly conservative with returns but it seems expensive anyway for opposing fans. I understand if Konecny gets more and Risto less but the flyers can still stack a ton of assets while building the team to be suited for the future.
