Value wise, I think this is fairly solid, but If i'm Columbus, only player i'm interested in is Owen Power.

Lololol- ZERO CHANCE
There’s also no way the Sabres send Savoie AND Kulich
That’s insane

Not getting both for Jiricek, I would do 1 of them and 2024 1st Top 5 protected. Maybe even add Komarov for a RD prospect.

Jiricek has top pairing potential, similar to Powers. Not saying its realistic trade, but that is who Columbus would look for if they traded Jiricek. Put yourself in their shoes. If 20 year old Dahlin or Powers were to get traded, wouldn't you want an equivalent defense prospect in return?

Cause there not Equivalent, Power just turned 21 and already has over a 100 games played. Jiricek hasn't proven anything to be compared to either.

Be a little realistic, Jirieck is top 4 in the redraft, the other 2 are in the high teens

Ok will then use the Drysdale trade as a comparison. He is a top, young dman on the Ducks and has played over 100 games, but was traded for a top prospect that has yet to play a game....

Kulich for Jiricek
Kulich is already proving it in the AHL

If he was so valuable, he would be playing top minutes in Columbus.

Kulich is great, but that is not enough for Jiricek.

The original trade proposal of Jiricek and Savoie is awesome. All I'm saying, Jackets have some good young forwards already. Might as well trade for Jiricek for another dman in return.

Columbus management is literally sending him down for no reason. He's been playing great. That's where this whole thing started.

If that’s your argument, then if Kulich and Savoie were so valuable wouldn’t they be playing top minutes in Buffalo?

And I can understand that, but I am not giving up both Savoie and Kulich. I think Kulich and a 1st top 5 protected is pretty fair, probably a overpayment.

Guess that would be up to what they need, we do have plenty of sweetners.

I don't think that will be enough for Jiricek. That being said, Sabers should use that package for a RH dman. Shocking how bad they're playing this season, considering how many studs they have.

Not sure why CBJ fans think Jiricek is worth like 50% more now than he was at the draft. If he got traded it would be in a Kirby Dach type deal (13th and 66th overall). Maybe Jiricek gets a little more since he is a year younger, although Dach was also drafted in the top 3, proven more in the NHL, and played center

Kulich should be and savoie wasn't ready this season after being hurt at the beginning. They are still very valuable pieces

Coaching, who has Matt Ellis running there PP. They need a few Winners to teach them how. Okposo and Girgensons are Horrible. And they need a Hammer who can add to the Team. Not Just a knuckle dragger.

And to add for others: we also don't have another Dahlin or Powers in the system. He's the only 1RD option, which aside from 1C (which...Fantilli eventually) is this team's biggest need. Unless Kulich or Savoie can put on a trench coat and play D at the same time, Columbus isn't interested.
