Laine makes far too much money to be what he is - an inconsistent one dimensional player. Maybe you can say similar things about Zegras but at least he's young enough to think he can round out the warts on his game. And he's not doing it on a jacked contract.

Merzlikins for Gibson is just a straight up joke. Elvis won't admit he's a backup goal tender and Columbus made the mistake of paying him like a very good starter. None of that will ever be Anaheim's problem to deal with.

Chinakov has nice numbers, but we have a lot of skill players in the pipeline, and I think Greenway's size is something Buff wouldn't trade.

Buffalo has lots of young scoring wingers with more on the way. What they are lacking is forwards who can play well defensively, and a physical presence (not really Greenways thing, but hes still more physical than most other Sabres forwards). Sabres keep Greenway.
