1) Savard skates like an oak tree.

That is way too much for Monahan for the Rangers. Barron wouldn't play for the Rangers so he adds no value. Drury clearly doesn't want to do business with Gorton, so if the Canadiens want to ship Monahan to NYR, they aren't going to get as much as they want, and they've been looking for a first. Sykora is worth a lot right now as well so adding him on top of the first is egregious.

Canucks pass extremely easily the Habs quite literally have nothing that would be Interesting enough for the Canucks to take on a cap dump like Gallagher

Canucks decline easily. Kuzmenko is better, younger, cheaper, and has less term than Gallagher. Vancouver has no interest in Gallagher, he’d be a $6.5M 4th liner for the Canucks, and that’s absolute best case scenario.

Value on Pearson is right but even without Kaliyev, Kings have Arvidsson, DuBois, Turcotte and LaFerriere for the third line and Grundstrom, Lizotte, Anderson-Dolan and Lewis for the fourth.
