Caps could probably get a 2nd for Mantha from someone, especially if they eat half.

I don't think the devils would go that high, but our pitch here is no retention needed, but lesser pick. More than understandable if an offer of a 2nd is out there and washington chooses to go that route

I think the caps would much rather prefer retaining to get a higher return. They can afford to retain, so the whole idea of the caps not needing to retain in this trade being painted as a positive asset for the caps just wouldn’t matter to them imo.
