Tarasenko isn't waiving for the 4th worst team in hockey, And no way in hell is Kekalainen retaining 50 % on Laine for the next 3 years for a rental who wouldn't even waive.

Why isn't Swayman eligible to be traded? Do you know of any other players this applies to?

players that received a 1-year arb award aren't eligible to be traded for a period - i believe it is until July 1 but i'm not 100% sure.
