DeBrusk is 4 points back with 1 fewer game played, and will probably be signing for less than Mangiapane at 5.8. I don't think there is a difference in value between the two, certainly not worth a 2nd and a prospect

NJD will take that Tanev-Hanifin offer. Pass on that Markstrom ask.

DeBrusk has 2 more goals this season. And they have nearly identical goal per game stats career-wise. That's including what most people are now considering that outlier of a 35 goal season, since which he has been able to score exactly half as many goals per season.

EDIT*** Nevermind, DeBrusk also has .299 career goals per game and Mangiapane is at .265

VAN might consider if there’s 50% retention

That just isn't true. Mangiapane has 62 goals in his last 3 seasons (217 games). DeBrusk has 64 in his last 3 seasons (193 games)

yeah you might as well plan to be Prime Minister or Premier of BC before Flames will retain on Andersson
