I like this trade. Obviously it's pretty minor but Nylander hasnt worked here and I think Bemstrom has upside to be a decent 3rd line guy for us.

At least he didn’t let his best upcoming UFA walk for free.

If he lets him walk then I’ll agree he’s as bad as your namesake who’s one of the worst GMs.

I'm taking Tre over Dubas any day of the week, but we all have different opinions

Hextall completely set the Penguins back by years, yet he doesn’t live rent free in my head like Dubas (the man who produced consistent playoff births in TOR) does in yours. Maybe blame your stars that couldn’t man up in playoffs instead of your former GM. Loser mentality.

I mean the guy that ruined the Leafs for the 5 years he's been here, don't like the guy at all

There is a reason why he is one of the most least liked GM in the league

Which of the Leafs star players performed well in the playoffs?

And why is Dubas responsible for their underperforming in the playoffs?

Yep, it was different. So far Dubas hockey was better.

A 6th thay can turn into a 3rd if he scores 6 flipping goals?!?! that’s a hot two weeks. Bud can score, if he doesn’t trip over the blueline first

If a player isn’t extending before the deadline there’s an almost 100% he’s leaving. Filip Forsberg was an exception.
