Hawks obviously decline. They wouldn't take Cartrer and Smith if the pick was on the other side of that trade.

I think Edmonton is going to need you to retain 50%

A "B (or C)" prospect, a pending UFA they won't resign and a late 1st won't convince the pens to trade him
