That's a Boldy move, Cotton.

I wouldn't sign Pesce that long if your plan is to move him when Rein is ready, he'll be ready long before 5 years is up.

Why is Minnesota trading away their up and coming star winger for a re-tread third line center? This is a backwards move for the Wild.

I would avoid it if I was the wild too, but let's not act like the big piece going back to Minny is Dvo and not the top 5 pick lol.

Can't see MN doing it - too risky, not enough incentive. Boldy probably goes top 5 (for sure top 7) in a redraft and he's under contract long term at a good number.

I think if they move a young player this offseason it'll be Rossi, not Boldy.

I can see how what I said made it seems that way, but I wasn't trying to act like Dvorak is the main piece. Meant to say that from an organizational perspective, how is this a forward move for the Wild? A top 5 pick... who cares? Boldy is a proven top 6 star and the Wild are trying to compete now.

cause your fan base seems to be annoyed with a 6'2 player who can't hit, miss the net a lot and can't defend

Was literally typing that Minny would rather work out something for Rossi than Boldy, especially if taking Dvorak is part of the package.

Hawks decline. They still need Hall to play w/ Bedard next season. Gotta believe the Wild don't make that deal either. They probably wouldn't trade Boldy straight up for the 1st, much less take cap dump Dvorak too.

Idiotic casual morons who claim to be *fans*, as they spout typical bs nonsense, doesn't mean the Wild make him available or that this comes close to what it would cost for a young 22 year old star 30-goal scorer.

Which is also moronic.

Gee, the Wild only have a 20-goal scorer 2nd line *ROOKIE* center which they have desperately needed for the past since forever, behind only Bedard for goals this year.

But yes, let's move him. Because the Wild are so set at center and top-six fowards. 🤦‍♂️

Hold on you wouldn't take mtl's TOP 5 pick for Boldy?

Hell no.

That top 5 pick is one of Eiserman or Demidov. Or one of the 3 RHD. None of whom are sure things and all are maybe's. Especially Eiserman, who's either going to become a star or bust out, there's no in-between with him.

For, checks notes, a proven 22 year-old star 30-goal scorer on a excellent contract.

I honestly don't see what everyone else seems to see in Barron. For that reason, I don't think I would do the CHI trade. If we are going to move Hall, I would much rather wait, see how he does in a full season playing with Bedsy, and then move him at the trade deadline retained for futures.

imma just start directing y'all to the same response I, and pretty much every other Wild fan, have given re: these ridiculous offers for Boldy.

When you translate Dvorak from the french it means Mcdavid
