He isn't worth trading since the value he brings to the team is more than his market
Replace Norris with Pinto and I'd say deal

rofl dont need a superstar G to win, maybe you should look at who the Gs are for the teams that have Won the cup in the last 10-15 years, the fast majority are not even in the top 10-15 in vezina voting.

Vegas last year had two good goalies but yes they weren't superstars, Kuemper was a superstar goalie in 2022, Vasilevskiy was a superstar in 2021 and 2020, Binnington was definitely a superstar in 2019, Holtby had a down year in 2018 but was a superstar in the previous years and was great in the playoffs, Murray was a superstar in 2016 and 2017, Crawford was a superstar in 2015.

So yes, you need a superstar goalie to win a cup.
