If the 4 per month is going to be a monkey wrench, then it will be reassessed. Everyone, for the most part, that voting offline supported it (4 per month).
If it seriously is a problem, the BOE will deal with it. As it stands, its 4 per month. There is a tentative plan to allow 2 per week, but having digressed into discussion, I think that it is better to deal with that when we have data to examine in v2, rather than making predictions.
Data should be able to be collected within the first couple of weeks to determine if the 4 per month is really the route that v2 should take.
