I'm just saying if we limit trades too much 75% of every month is going to be boring and nothing will happen. I sure won't even come to the boards if I can't do anything else until the next month starts.

Its going to be boring on the surface, but the trade limit will make GMs think more critically about trades.

In the event that it is so boring, the BOE will reconvene and analyze what ramifications are best suited for the game

I can go back and forth with a GM for 5 min and get a deal done that I think betters my team. If you know the players and your teams financial situations it really shouldn't be that hard. I doubt GMs are going to sit there and ponder trades for days and days.

If the 4 per month is going to be a monkey wrench, then it will be reassessed. Everyone, for the most part, that voting offline supported it (4 per month).

If it seriously is a problem, the BOE will deal with it. As it stands, its 4 per month. There is a tentative plan to allow 2 per week, but having digressed into discussion, I think that it is better to deal with that when we have data to examine in v2, rather than making predictions.

Data should be able to be collected within the first couple of weeks to determine if the 4 per month is really the route that v2 should take.

So all the rules for v2 will be announced by next week I'm assuming?

I think we should definitely make a higher trade limit for the trade deadline though, because if you just say like, 4 per month, then you can make 4 trades in October that aren't needed but only 4 at the deadline. It really depends on the time of year.

I emailed the MODs, specifically for possible coding, and Banks said that the code was most likely not going to happen due to the limit time we have. However, the code is not a deal breaker.

I thought about that, but the thing is, we don't have the proper time to do that sort of thing. while it would be cool to do, the entry draft took a couple of weeks, and thats 7 rounds. Imagine a minimum of 23 rounds.
