I think we have all been upset at just how this game has gone. You don't seem to have a clear direction as to how you want your team to go. I.e. trading for Brodie, yet not wanting to make playoffs. And you've had ~ 4ish months to see how your prospects have been playing in the AHL/CHL/NCAA/Overseas. At the rate Ottawa is going irl most of your prospects won't see decent NHL time, so trying to base an idea of how your prospects play at that level will take at least 2 years time. Playing this game like a real NHL GM isn't practical as this game is truly about trading. Now you don't have to trade everyone, but 1 deal a month, even minor may get people off your back. People are also upset that you have to ask your AGM about every minor detail. Sure it's nice to get a second opinion, but ultimately it's your team and you should put the time and effort into researching your players. If you had 0 clue about this team going in, you could have chosen a team you were more comfortable with, given the fact you had the 1st overall team choice.

I know i don't need to do this like a real GM, but i don't want to rebuild in-season ... i'll likely do more trading in the offseason, but not now. Sure, we might sell some rentals, but major moves will come in the offseason. And i know quite a bit about the Sens, but i want to at least hear what my assistant has to say. If i don't like the reason he gives me for not making a deal, i'll likely do the deal, but i'm not just going to ignore what he has to say. If i was i wouldn't have hired an assistant.

And when i started this game, i kind of saw it as a different thing to each GM. I thought v1 got way too crazy with trades (this includes me) and i wanted to do v2 a bit differently. If the right deal comes, i'll do it, but so far there's only been two deals that both teams liked. If you have something to offer, offer it. Otherwise, you don't need to come here and tell me how you don't think i'm making enough trades.

So basically I came to see if you maybe had interest in getting another AGM to help you sort out your team. So likely all three of those things. Future pieces pretty much, but we'd have to get something pretty good. Right now we're planning to try and sign him but if a deal doesn't get done, he could be traded (though the price will be high).
