What is SJ going to do with a 3rd goaltender? Swap him out with something that actually makes sense.

Its clear there exists a desire to acquire him, they wouldn’t have been talking to him otherwise.
Highly, highly doubt he goes to Toronto anyway. If he does, it would have to include Nylander coming back to San Jose according to multiple reports.

Sharks hang up, block your number and never speak to Toronto again. Abysmal offer. Robins is immediately your best prospect, by far. Joke offer.

Sharks arent out to retain on just anybody. Retention slots are just as valuable to SJ as B prospects. Not a chance they retain on a high value Ferraro contract.

Only way SJ is taking on veteran contracts is if its part of a Karlsson deal. Not a chance they take a 3rd goalie for that crap offer.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>KrakenTheCode</b></div><div>I think this is a contract that serves both Dunn and the Kraken well. Dunn gets a nice payday coming off his breakout season and if he continues to produce like he has will get the opportunity to cash in again down the road while still in his prime. The Kraken get at least four more years of their best LHD who has blossomed into a legitimate top-pairing defenseman during his time in Seattle. Vince Dunn's play and his partnership with Adam Larsson have been critical to Seattle's success, and I'm excited to see him continue work his on-ice magic in a Kraken uniform for many years to come!</div></div>
Mate, take off the Kraken glasses for a moment. This is a serious overpay. He’s 500k short of Quinn Hughes money and he’s half the player.

I guess this is what 1 good season gets you these days in the world of Ron Francis. He’s a good two-way defenseman and all but 7.35 is about 2 mil too high IMO.

He’s proven hes an NHL er yes. But if he wants a middle six contract, its time to prove it. If not, it’s probably another 6 figure contract next summer

He should have been a Calder finalist (top 3) and IMO should have have beaten Beniers. He averaged more points than any other rookie on an inferior team. He wasn’t the sexy or marketable pick so the NHL could not let that happen.
