Dude, I am a huge Marner fan, he is one of my favorite players in the league and I hate the Leafs. But at this point, I take Jones and his 5 million dollar contract over Karlsson, Doughty, Josi, Subban and Burns any day.

The contract is a fair point, I do agree there. Value wise it is fairly close IMO, but the contract would def come into play.
