Personally I wouldn’t like to see scheifele, connor or ehlers dealt at all. They would be my untouchable jets forwards and going forward nucleus with the possibility of laine being added to it depending on contract situation. So anyone dealt in that group better be a clear cut w

I don't think Winnipeg would move Connor for a package that doesn't feature at least one bluechip piece. Connor is a 23 year old three-time 30 goal scorer and PPG forward who will likely hit 40 goals at some point, signed to a great contract ($7.1m / 6 years). Colorado should be all over him if he becomes available.

One scores 35-40 in the NHL is on a sweet 7x7 deal and one has yet to record a single minute in the show!
Moreover, Jets are in win-win mode right now with the squad and IF any deal was to come about it would be for a proven, likely young D-man, such as: Pesce, Ekblad, Werenski, Provorov, Chyc, Sergachev, McAvoy, Carlo...yada yada

I would love to see Connor on McDavid’s wing, he would score 40-45 goals easy. Just for interest sake, why would you even want to trade him and who replaces all those points?
