Thats fine. If im the Devils I decline this anyway. Marner is good but not worth $11MM a year, especially with a flat cap.

Cool, and zacha is over paid by about the same as marner, so theres and extra reason why the leafs wouldn't do it

...Marner is overpaid by about $2-$2.5 mil...Zacha makes $2.25 mil...So, what you're saying is that Zacha is worth less than the league minimum?

Zacha is actually rather cheap for middle-six center.... $2.25 million for next two years

Leafs fans are nuts. U guys are trading away top line RW like they’re 6th round picks! Keep them! When was the last time ou had one legit top line RW??? Now you have two. Keep em.

I don’t believe marner is overpaid, I believe he played through an injury this season. Now he’s had time to rehab, I think he will be a top three RW this year.

So stop dumping on marner. He really is a good player, and I think he would be worth every penny of his contract if he bounces back.

No, marner is over paid by about 1-1.5mill, so is zacha, because zacha stinks. Hea legit one of the worst even strength defensive players in the nhl

We feel the same about Kerfoot and Johnsson. Trust me when I say the most valuable asset in that grouping is the 2nd. We’ll keep Miller, you guys keep the useless 6M between your two.
