Bobrovsky but FLA didn't really help. Faulk and Myers, it was easy to predict.

Kadri, Panarin, Fox, Pavelski, Dach, Hamilton or Suzuki all did some great things. Panarin was the best in the regular season but was invisible in the playoffs thanks to Hamilton on Carolina. Suzuki and Dach we huge in the 12 over 5 seeds. Kadri was big in the playoffs for Colorado and that doesn’t mention Pavelski and who he brought to the Stars in the playoffs with huge timely goals to get them back in a series of help them win a series. So I don’t think it’s as clear cut as you may think.

There are great other acquisitions, but Panarin just got over 1.30 PPG and was a Hart trophy finalist. Hamilton isn't an acquisition from last year. You can debate on who was the best among the others, but Panarin isn't a step over them

Totally though this was Hamilton’s 1st season in Carolina.

As I said Panarin had a great regular season, but when it came time to shine he had 2 points in the playoffs.

Pevelski had 13 playoffs goals, team lead for the stars.

Yes Panarin had a great regular season, but if you were to tell me that Dallas would go to the cup finals and Pevelski were to lead them in goals I would have been shocked.

I don’t want to take anything away from what Panarin did, but Pavelski was a huge add to the stars too.
