Think you still have to add someone like Henriksson, or change the first to a 3rd and add Kravstov

Honestly I think the market is gonna cause a bidding war and he will get more than Capfriendly. Like when nobody thought MTL would take Domi for Anderson straight up but the bidding war got us Domi AND a third

Suzuki is really good now, but you can’t compare his value at the time of the trade to Kakko’s value right now. Also, in Vegas’ eyes Tatar was a cap dump at the time.

Phhhhh, what? On what planet? Dubois: 22 year old center, 4 years of team control. Pacioretty: 30, winger, expiring contract, UFA.

He played 2C between kreider and buch when mika was injured and they had some of the best possesion numbers I've ever seen, he can certainly produce in a top 6 role

Then why Danault (better than Chytil right now and still young), Guhle (similar to Schneider maybe even higher) and a first « not enough » from MTL? Based on some comments ive read on here, the offer on this ACGM is ridiculous for Dubois....

I think this seems fair as a neutral fan. Maybe add one more smaller piece or something. As for you comparing kakko to suzuki, I think Kakko's value now is more than wha suzuki's was back then

I agree but Dubois is also much younger than Pacioretty so the young player has to be much better. Dubois is only 22

Danault extend I mean. And the laterality of both dmens wouldnt change anything. RHD being rare isnt actually a thing.

He will likely be much better this year with decent wingers. 3rd season in and working on his shooting and such.. Im sure we will all just chalk it up to Laf made chytil good like bread made strome good...

This doesn't work for NYR in terms of CAP for 2021, if this is a NOW deal, need an additional 3.2 (ish) million to cover potential performance bonuses based on that # and that's without K'Andre Miller's 300 K in potential bonuses as it looks like he's making the big club out of camp. I think Strome or DeAngelo would have to be any deal if NYR was in the conversation if only for cap reasons.

No no I know. I was just giving my opinion on this haha. I think kakko could put himself in the 3 1sts category if he has a great sophomore season
