He’ll benefit a lot from Heiskanen, hopefully he won’t be as bad as Oleksiak, if he does I’ll cry. I don’t want the other defensemen to join to offence while Heiskanen covers. The chemistry needs to be there.

Also going from Spurgeon to Heiskanen will be a improvement for Suter.

I agree with all of the breakouts except for Kuemper/Ullmark, I’d say they don’t count, regression, don’t agree with Pacioretty, Chiarot kinda already sucks apart from being physical, wouldn’t say young Sharks, Sabres or Yotes players regress but I get what you mean, won’t go into a rookies to watch list because I don’t feel like going through each team and figuring out rookies

Fair on the goalies, they already have good numbers, their breakout will just be in the W column lol. Pacioretty just had the best offensive season of his career and will be 33 a month into the season, I think he’ll be hard put to replicate it. Not saying he’ll be bad, but I’d expect him to be like, a 70 point guy maybe, not above a point per game.

Does he have to land somewhere? I think it might just be time to retire, he’s a bottom pair guy when in the lineup and most teams have 6 D they’d rather have playing than him. If he wants to play full time I don’t know that there’s a spot for him anymore. Maybe he signs with the Isles as a 7/8 D, they like old guys.

There is a possibility he retires but I think he'll stay in the league

Forbort can play RD. He did it in Calgary and a bit with the Kings
