Description

I could be way off base with this one, but feel it is not too bad. I have tried to keep a competitive team on the ice, while trying to build up future assets in the 2022 draft (3 firsts, 3 seconds).

I have also tried to bring home kids that reared their hockey teeth in Columbus with the signing of Kuraly and trade for Murphy. They along with Roslovic and Cole Sherwood would make 4 Columbus kids on the roster.

I signed Danault and Coleman, which I would like for the Jackets to attempt.

There is no chance that pick is in play. LOL, thats a bona fide top 3 in a very good draft for pick 32 in a crappy one. I wouldnt trade that pick for everything in the current offer PLUS 6oa this year!

This is all so measured and pragmatic and then HOLY HANNAH MONTANA the '22 Buf 1st (10% odds at Shane Wright) gets tossed over for an ok package

It's like a movie that builds gradually for 45 minutes and then a main character explodes or something... Korpisalo is worth fringe assets at best ultimately

avs are not trading assets for a rental that doesnt even make their blue line better. He doesnt play on the top pair and to justify the trade you have to take away byrams ice time so he plays Top 4. doesnt make any sense for the avs

Id be more likely to trade it, but i still probably wouldnt. We have finished near the bottom with eichel being a very good player, the value of that 22 pick if its a top 3 is crazy
