Why would the Wild trade Boldy for Bertuzzi? We can just wait a year or two and Boldy will be better, younger and cheaper of the two.

These have been all over the place. I get it can be tough to force out a trade to 32 teams but at least have a bit more consistency haha

i dont keep track of every teams prospects, hence why i made this to ask for what the value would be? would would need to be added either way? i also dont know every teams dire needs or what they exaclty want to trade for.

There must be a better way of finding the answer to that question, than just blasting out 32 trades for teams and players you admit you don't understand yeah

what about a guy like kaut? or maybe bowers? just trying to gauge value

the level of prospect from Newhook to Kaut/Bowers is night and day. Newhook is consider one of the leagues top prospects, moritz seider level.
Bertuzzi is not a good enough player to demand those level of nhl ready prospects like newhook

Larkin is the only Wings player Yzerman could ask for Newhook. Bertuzzi is solid but the COL trade is light years better than the rest for a reason, that being it isn’t reasonable at all.

i knew newhook was good but didnt realize he was next level good, my bad, that should probably be bowers instead of him then. That being said about larkin, he would be a nice fit at 2C for the avs, still dont see a deal happening there though

Yeah Newhook imo is a 60-70pt per season guy that is going to provide the Avs with that dynamic 2C to perfectly compliment MacKinnon. His offense gets a lot of run, and rightly so but he is is solid defensively. In a lot of ways he is like Larkin.

Yeah the Bertuzzi name wouldn’t be welcomed by all in COL.
