i could see a big play for a goaltender but it won't involve broberg. Also how we afford a goaltender is beyond me.

this was a thought for the trade deadline or a month before. i think a first and a prospect is fine. he is a free agent so it's just a rental. he could sign back with the ducks in the summer if he wanted.

You likely wouldn't get retention if this is what the Ducks are getting.

What I do like about this AGM is that you're keeping Lindholm and Rakell together. They're best friends in real life.

NSH accepts. An unprotected 1st in a deep draft from a bubble team is worth taking Kassian. Even if they wind up buying him out, it's not exactly a back breaker.

The draft picks in the Lindholm and Rakell trades are too soon. They should be a 2028 first and 2029 second.
