You can not have conditions on guys re-signing anymore.

That Fabbro trade is also terrible for Nashville.

Doesn't make sense for the Oilers to chase a guy like Forsberg with those kind of assets. If the team fails, it will be the D or G that's the problem, would be more likely to spend the assets on improving the back end.

Barf on the Eichel trade, Johansen has lost his MoJo and the Nashville and Edmonton 1st will the in the late teens to early twenties range. Don't know much about Tomasino but it looks like a very underwhelming package for Buffalo.

-EDM says no (and conditions based on a player re-signing are no longer allowed by the NHL)
-NSH says no
-NSH says no (BUF likely does too, unless other teams are really low-balling BUF on Eichel)
-fair value for Benning

vancouver would take that and run. Juolevi has been disappointing and likely won't make the starting lineup. Dipietro has looked great but we have demko for the future

I think that will be about the correct return for Jack.
If I were doing the negotiating, I would want the 2022 first.
Karmanos would not want to wait too long to receive the benefit of trading Eichel.
