Charges were never pressed because the District Attorney's Office found the allegations as "rife with reasonable doubt" and had no credible evidence as a base.

Technically he wasn't found guilty (because of a settlement) so I guess I can't say he sexually assaulted her

Tonight the habs will try to end a 17 game losing streak by winning a game in San Jose for the first time in 22 years.

Not a fan. I don't want to go anywhere near that situation and even if I did the price is too great. Would rather stick it out with what they have right now.

They just something not right with the caps. I’m not sure what it is. Is it Carlson. Or backstrom injury. Im not sure

I don't see it. OT has been the weak spot so far, and Sprong hasn't been the same, but neither of those are huge causes for concern so far. Carlson needs to play a little smarter but thats something that can be fixed. I do agree that missing Backstrom hurts though, him coming back should improve Sprong and Mantha, though Mantha has been good on his own so far.

Mantha tho breaks down sometimes in the defensive zone. Also he sometimes isn’t that smart with the puck but I guess that can be fixed
