KK had 2 goals in 14 games at winger

He has 3 in 6 as center and looks much more comfortable there.

That’s definitely not a surprise. He isn’t used to playing the wing, and his play style definitely suits him more down the middle.

Leafs fans want Ritchie gone and it seems if the cards could be played correctly a deal could be made to move move him while getting Kane at 50% retention (1mill more for a big upgrade)

All seems good till the negative media comes into play and being the media capital of the NHL yeah that wont end well for us lul

But man would it be an intriguing trade...Well lets see what happens 🤷‍♂️

I would absolutely love that, but I very much doubt it. I guess it’s a possibility if Bergevin & Ducharme are gone, but with how this garbage fan base has treated him I wouldn’t get my hopes up.

He’s a good GM, but I’d stay far away from the Mailloux and DeAngelo side of Bergevin if I were Vancouver.

That’s a no for me. One of the Leafs' major assets right now is the chemistry on the bench and in the locker room. I don't think Kane and the off-ice circus that comes with him would be a fit with the media in Toronto, where every aspect of a player is over-analyzed by them and fans.
