Yes, a pipe dream. Even if Weber retires, and is a Predator, Nashville would be on the hook for either the recapture penalty or 6.7m per year for rest of his contract.

I wish people would stop making Price trades until he's out of the PAP. Nobody with an IQ measurable in three digits is going to commit significant assets to him until he demonstrates that he can play at his old level again.
