People on this site think Boeser is worth nothing simply because he has a high QO. For a long term deal I think he takes 6.5-7.5. I think any more would lead us to trading him as he hasn’t been as dynamic since he pretty much broke his back during his rookie season.

The top 10 pick wasn’t for Garland exclusively, they had to pay that much because they were dumping 12mil in cap, and acquiring OEL retained (who Benning thought had value). Garland’s good, but he’s not top 10 pick good. He’s not even on pace for 50 points ffs

It’s really hard to see where the Detroit rebuild is right now. I guess it comes down to what they do with Bertuzzi and Larkin. But even then , they have a lot of holes to fill and Zadina’s struggles aren’t helping .

I still dont understand why the NYR traded Buch for nothing

Could have got a 1st + but went for a 2nd and 4th liner.

Hyman's deal is a deal that will be good first 3-4 years than a problem the rest. His playstyle is gonna wear his body out. Especially with his LBI history. Still should be an effective player but when these guys drop they really drop. Think Ladd situation.

Oilers are tying to win now, and Hyman has set career highs in every category so he obviously fits in well
