Do not see Ottawa or Chicago giving up assets for a rental. It doesnt really help them.
Dealing POJ makes no sense, he has been one of our best dmen.
That Zucker deal isnt great either, I dont think we need that Foegele contract.

Why on earth would OTTAWA take on salary for a rental player they don't want or need next season while giving up Watson and Holden AND a 2nd round pick??

Horrible trade for Ottawa.

Hawks decline. They really like Lafferty's game, and they aren't giving up any picks to acquire a bottom 6 forward.

Oof man. Zucker has been unbelievable this year. You're trading him for a guy you are going to bury and another one who is playing so bad he's contemplating if he's even good enough for the NHL.

POJ has played great - why are you getting rid of young promising defenseman? Blueger saved the PK and has the 4th line playing as good as you can ask - why are you getting rid of him? Pens are in win now mode - we should be getting better players - not accruing picks

The Pens are 10-2-1 since his return from injury. They have allowed just 3 goals on the PK during that time. In their previous 15 games they allowed 13 goals on the PK. Teddy makes a massive difference.

It's actually insane. Before Blueger the Pens PK was 24th in the league at 75.5%. Since his debut they are 1st in the league at 91.7%. The next closest team over that span is TOR at 84.6% lol

Sens aren't in position to be trading a 2nd for an aging, expensive LHD that Pens fans actively want to get rid of lmao. Holden and Watson haven't got much in terms of trade value but they're solid depth guys who are well-liked in the room
