Horvat cannot do anything besides shoot and win faceoffs. If he doesn’t have a player on his line/PP who can tee him up, he’s useless.

Barzal generated more for him than anyone on the Canucks 5v5. Now he doesn’t have Barzal and he looks like a slug out there.

Horvat thrived on the PP because he had some of the best PP specialists in the world in VAN

I would add anything except mikey fo Nelson and Wally to be apart of a deal with Kuzy.


Even the 2023 first

Strome and Nelson being a one two punch of two great two way centers.

He’s a better finisher than Barzal and better offensively 5v5. Barzal is better defensively, in transition and the PP

Panthers lost today, Islanders lost today. Sabres keep their season alive. If Ottawa wins, then they move within 3 points if Pittsburgh loses in regulation. If Washington wins in regulation, they move within 2 points of Pittsburgh and 1 point behind Florida. If Pittsburgh wins, they move within 1 point of the Islanders with a game in hand. The race for the wild card spots in the East are going to go down to the wire.

Nothing to do with their play style. Horvat just isn’t that good. Nelson, Engvall, Lee aren’t having problems. Isles actually play a more up tempo transition game this year
