Its tricky as to me if u could swing a deal for McTavish go for it but I feel ANA gonna want to build around McTavish, Zegras, and one of Bedard or Fantilli.

I think this is pretty accurate, but I think maybe Girard results in a better haul - one where some of us are like wow, not Zegras wow but substantial.

Girard would have a ton of value to Canadian teams with his age, term, and aav. (Premise is Canadian teams sometimes have challenges signing skaters to term due to it being cold or the exchange rate or whatever, and seem to have to overpay to retain talent quite often across the board. In fact it’s kind of hard to find good Canadian team value contracts. Anywho.

Well...looks like the Stars are gonna be the #2 seed in the Central. Dallas vs. Minnesota should be a great series, given the history.

Haha hopefully I jinxed that in a good way. It was 3-1 Colorado and Nashville had only 2 shots with the 1st period almost over when I posted that.

As a selfish Blues fan Dallas with a harder matchup is good since I got their first (the lowest of NYR and Stars).

Between NYR NJD and Stars Wild that first could end up kinda nice. Both are really solid matchups that I’m not entirely sure the favorite wins. I’m thinking the Stars would be a tad more comfortable against Seattle.

I kinda had a feeling he might be move, the lack of an extension seemed odd. Curious what he goes for because I feel his value has significantly dropped from what it was but he is still a good player. Seattle would make sense to me as a fit.
