They're a good up and coming team. Someone better than Clifton though.

I was expecting to see Murphy on the sending side of the Chicago trade… so since that’s not the case I would say Chicago accepts grin

Killorn gets more.

And Hellebuyck will cost more than that.

As well you should, paying that much for a fourth liner is kinda crazy. Although I really like the player.

I think it depends on how you see Olofsson and what you would do with that perceived cap flexibility. Would you pay a 2nd to dump him… because I think a 4th (maybe not in 2025) would get the deal done for Blackwell.

That Hawks trade seems bad for Buffalo.

Yeah because Adams would get laughed at. I'm sure he doesn't want to be embarrassed.

Its amazing to me how little value there's put on being able to do the hardest thing in hockey.

It's all about finding space for Oloffson's wicked slapshot. Without that space it's three meaningless goals during a 24-game stretch of a playoff push followed by a five-game stint in the press box. With that space he's blasting unstoppable one-timers from the circle. He's too slow to create space for himself and doesn't like to go to the dirty areas so teams know how to neutralize him and they don't even need to do that much as he's a perimeter player to begin with.

If we could transplant that shot into Girgenson we’d have a winner

We have pretty good cap flexibility. We can keep him and there’s a bunch of better 4th liners than Blackwell thanks

If trading between teams i can see Dickinson and Murphy as great plug-instead at a mutually agreeable price not Blackwell

Ya think? We're giving Olaf, a 2nd and 4th, for a healthy scratch???
