MTL adds FLA's first at a minimum.
Allen and Edmundson do nothing to help Vancouver's situation.

Edmundson adds very little value to the Canucks, swapping the late 3rd for an early 2nd isn’t close to enough. Would have to add Montreals 2023 1st + Barron for the Canucks to even consider

Three cap dumps and a 2nd wouldn't even get Boeser (who is a little bit of a cap dump himself) far less Demko.

Why do Montreal fans so over value their pieces. Like 2x-4x more than they actually are worth...

This trade is so bad for Vancouver it's not even funny..

Essentially we're downgrading on offense, while not even saving anything really cap wise. Super downgrading in net, like hilariously downgrading. NHL stud to borderline AHL starter...

And all we get is Edmunson? who doesn't help us.

VAN laughs and hangs up the phone, we get significantly worse and take on a terrible contract for a 2md round pick? Where's the logic in this? This deal wouldn't even go through in NHL 23...

We don't even "get a second" we have to give a 3rd to get into the 2nd. This trade is even worse when you give it time to linger xD
