Win win trade. Hawks get a first to eat a turd for a year. Toronto gets a cheap roster player and cap space.

I'm thinking the new GM probably isn't going to copy what Dubas would have done for a couple of reasons 1) will be his first opportunity to draft and 2) he will want to show that he has his own ideas are better than Dubas'. So at this point, I would expect a buyout especially if they trade one or more of the core 4.
