Kings say no to the Ottawa and Buffalo trades. Every other team says no to LA, likely.

Maybe Calgary says yes, who knows what they're gonna do and the value is about right for that.

I'd like Arvidsson, but the 1st is a little much. If it was a 2nd maybe, but he's only got a year left. A little concerning moving a 1st for someone that they cannot afford to re-sign

Tbh I don’t think I’d want Walker on my team anyways. For a 3rd pair D in a cap world, he’s too expensive. And I don’t think he’s even a 3rd pair D on a playoff team

Buffalo says no to this deal we need a top 4 defenseman to pair with Power and this guy doesnt fit the bill

I think that we can get more for Sean Walker -- I've been trading him in my recent ACGMs to Winnipeg for a fourth and a fifth.

I would do that Chicago trade, but I doubt that the Black Hawks would. They've already got enough second- and third-rounders not to be impressed by that offer.

I don't think that we'd get a first for Viktor unless we were the ones sending the current third, not the other team.

If we got a 2023 first from ANYBODY, I wouldn't trade it away in a package for one year of Connor Hellebuyck, whom we probably couldn't afford to re-sign even if we weren't angling for Auston Matthews in 2024.

Every RFA's Qualifying Offer is higher than that (Rasmus and Tobias are $874,125), and with all of the forwards we have under team control for next season even after your trades, Teddy Blueger is entirely unnecessary.

Go Kings!

Durzi really isn't the type of Dman the Sabres would need anyway. He wouldn't get much PP opportunity with Dahlin and Power, which would hamper one of his biggest strengths.

I wonder if there could be something there between the Canes and Kings revolving around Skjei - who can make plays and score goals from the LHD side.

I hard pass on Peterson for a late 2nd and 2 late 3rds. For me the price is a late 2nd (really all the Kings can offer as far as picks cause it won;t be a first) and then one of Pinelli or Grans...or approximately 2 mid 2nds in value if you average those together. Even there I have a question in my mind as to who pays Petersen's Summer bonus but probably going to need to be the Hawks if they want the trade to happen.

The Flames might do it. He did score a very pretty goal against Markstrom. That said we have way too many left shot forwards. I'd rather the Flames promoted from within(Pelletier, Zary, Ruzicka) than gave up draft picks for a project.
