Even as an Oilers fan I can say that that offer doesn't even come close to getting Mangy and Tanev. Tanev alone could likely return at least a 2nd if traded in the offseason and, despite having a down year, Mangy is a highly competent even strength scorer. Given your suggested aim for the Flames of getting younger/cheaper, they'd be far better off moving Toffoli while he's at his (likely) peak value. Aside from Sharangovich, none of the pieces from NJ should have much value- in general or to Calgary specifically.
