The only player on your team that has played any playoffs for Detroit is Larkin — and he’s played 5, losing 4, with a grand total of 1 career playoff point. He does have that 1 playoff victory in his career, so congrats, by all means celebrate!

Umm no. The Leafs have one win in the second round, this year. Detroit hasn’t made the playoffs in 7 years. They have exactly zero playoff wins in those 7 years and prior to that never advanced to the second round for the previous three years. So Detroit has not been out of the first round for ten years. But yes, if you ignore the last 7 years, and the previous 3 before that, and go back 11 years, then yes you are correct — celebrate! Celebrate those 11 cups, we’ll forget the Leafs won 13 if it makes you feel better. Congrats on making the second round in 2012-13!

The Leafs fan base is probably bigger than any team in the league. Connor McDavid recently said that Toronto is the “Mecca of Hockey.” So yeah, I’ll be sure to tell them that the few fans Detroit has left hate them. Have a nice day!
