I would imagine it would take more than a 2nd swap and upgrading a 5th to a 2nd to eat the last year of the Bailey contract, But I could be wrong! This definitely isn’t outrageous, I could see it going through.

mostly cuz his base salary is low and CHI needs cap. lower base salaries with higher cap hits are admirable targets for rebuilding teams

I think you complicated the Blackhawks end of this plan.

I think a Bailey and a 2nd for Bjork or FC gets the deal done.

It's true the blues could use more center depth but don't think they'd want to spend 5 mil on a 3C in the position they are at. Plus Saad is cheaper so it helps out our cap.
