Gavrikov has a NMC and Schmidt has a M-NTC. Lots of red tape to potentially cut through, and the Kings likely don’t consider trading that for a would-be rental.

Nothing less, eh? Well you didnt offer up Lafleur and Beliveau's souls... so I suppose.. the offer could get 'technically' higher.. either way funny stuff

Not a competitive offer for the whole Montreal young team. The Habs can get much more at the TDL. PLD to Winni...errr Montreal isnt much as he is a free agent in mere months and can be had for nothing not to mention a bunch of terrible players nobody wants then another UFA in Scheifele.

I disagree.
Patrick Allvin mentioned that he wants to give Brock Boeser another chance for next season.
Take out Brock Boeser and put in Connor Garland instead.

I might be wrong, but both Lafleur and Beliveau have NMCs and they won't waive for Winnipeg.

Even though Allvin said that, a 1st + a good middle 6 winger replacement while saving a bit of cap is too good to pass up. And personally I’d rather keep Garland over Boeser (but bringing in Niederreiter would make Garland expendable as well)

This is a Gavrikov and a Vilardi too much for Hellebuyck.

Or how about sending PLD to Nashville, although that's a rumour that I heard.

I only show up when the action gets hot! Draft coming up, Free Agent Frenzy coming up, then much like Bob McKenzie, I disappear for awhile.

Look, I hate those persistant PLD to the habs for basically nothing trades as much as the next guy and I'm still very insistant on the fact Montreal is still going to have to give up signifigant value for him (in other words more than Dvorak and 31OA), but this is going too far. Montreal has no reason to trade Suzuki, it doesn't make sense to move him and Dach for a rental and a guy they might be able to acquire anyways.

Margarita Bob!

Good plan. This place can be such a waste of time. If it wasnt for the pandemic. I never would have been a regular. I rather they just ban me full time. The community here is almost non-existent but instead 95% trolls and homers that never learn a thing despite all the evidence to the contrary.

As much as benching Schiefele for being a Sociopathic POS would bring me Extreme Pleasure.
The only piece of Value is a guy who's about to be a pending UFA after next season if he doesnt do a sign and trade before July.1st to help out WPG.
Come July.1st someone will OS PLD and WPG will either match or they wont

The rest are rough
That makes Hellebyuck the highest paid goalie traded for in the History of the NHL

Fine by me, as long as it isn't Montreal.

Montreal isn't going near PLD since they're still in a rebuild and don't have enough cap space to afford him.

Not interesting for Ottawa at all

Dillon is LHD (zero need)
Stenlund is not needed
Wheeler is old and overpaid (although the retention helps)
The picks don't move the needed

Need more quality and yeah ADB doesn't extend in WPG

There isnt too many teams that can give him the extension besides Montreal and a bunch of other pretenders like SJS. The contenders are all capped out til 2025

Carolina could definitely make room if they wanted Dubois. And Dubois is young enough for pretenders to consider offering a long term deal.
