Correct. 10.5M going to LTIR. They sure wouldn't mind shedding salary, but absolutely don't have to.

That offer gets Kyle Dubas blocked by TB. That offer is not even in the same time zone close. Honestly I would love to read a rational explanation as to why TB remotely entertains that trade proposal?

Taking on a substantially worse player that's 3 years older and constantly injured to save 600k cap space is the most moronic idea I could possibly think of julien Brisebois doing.

You seem to be new here so i wont harp on your inability to read the charts properly too bad.

If you look at the IR the habs already have a full 23 man roster. They arent signing any notable ufas and rhp is the only rfa

Lol hilarious. I'm well aware of this. If you think they're letting Gurianov, Drouin, and Byron all walk plus leave the d as is you clearly don't watch hockey. Matheson, Xhekaj, Savard, and Edmundson are the only legit nhlers on their back end. They have work to do, bud.

Byron likely never plays again, Gurianov is no loss and neither is Drouin. They already have 13 forwards signed. Matheson, Guhle, Savard, Edmundson, Kovacevic, Harris, Xhekaj and Barron make 8 guys signed for 6 spots on the backend, and is more than acceptable for a team that's mid rebuild. It's basically just Ylonen and RHP to sign and that isn't coming close to 5M never mind 10M.

Guhle, Harris, Barron. we don't need to sign more D. Plus we like Anderson. He's a solid power forward that can give us 20 or so goals. we're not in need of cap space. We're in a rebuild and can wait out a few if our contracts to expire. Pass on this trade
